Working as operation/process engineer from (2013 to Present) including professional training in Byco oil (Pakistan largest oil refining complex karachi). Well skilled to operate the plant efficiently and safely, to achieve production targets whilst adhering to Quality and HSE standards. Work Experience at following units: NHT(Naphtha hydrotreater unit) capacity 38000 BPD. Gas Recovery Unit capacity 38000 BPD. Reverse Osmosis (DAF,MMF,SWRO,BWRO, and EDI Technology ) capacity 375000 BPD ARU (Amine Regeneration Unit) . Isomerization unit (Penex ,Molex) capacity 12500 BPD. Worked as a part of commissioning team at isomerization unit (including acidization, catalyst loading start up, shut down and emergencies handling SOPs).

RESPONSIBILITIES AS ENGINEER : Implement the standard operating procedures (SOPs) to operate the plants efficiently and safely. Determining project objectives such as efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety environmental quality.
