Multiple File Upload

Supplier Premium Service (SPS) Premium & Enterprise introduces a much easier way to upload andmanage your files. You can now upload up to 100 files at a time and utilise a simple ‘drag and drop’style method. You can even drag and drop entire folders of documents and the structure is replicatedin the system. You can also store common documents in your own libraries for use on tenderprojects.

There are two ways to upload documents:

1. Click on the ‘+Add files…’ button, select the files to upload and click ‘Open’ in the window asshown below

2. Open your folder, select files to be uploaded and drag them over to the ‘+Add files…’ field asshown below

When you are inside of a tender, you can attach documents to your bid by clicking on the ‘Attachdocuments’ button and then selecting either to ‘Upload files…’ or to ‘Add from shared folder…’ asshown below:
