To All Bidders: All bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the bid form.
Acknowledgement of receipt of this Addendum shall be taken as prime facie evidence that, prior to submission of this bid, the bidder was fully cognizant of all provisions of the Addendum and of all work and conditions affected thereby.
FAILURE TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM MAY BE CAUSE TO REJECT BID AS BEING NON-RESPONSIVE.
In case of conflict among Bid Documents, Contract Documents and this Addendum, this Addendum shall govern.
This Addendum forms a part of the Bid Documents and modifies the original bid documents for the above-referenced project. The following changes, additions, or deletes shall be made. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

2.0 Communication All
2.1
There will be a weekly tailgate (in the building) meeting to coordinate the
work and discuss any issues.
2.2
Weekly Safety meetings are to be held with your staff and notes from this
meeting are to be given to Mt SAC Field Manager.
2.3 All communications are to go through the Mt SAC Field Manager
3.0 Behavior All
3.1
This project is in an busy parking lot and near an operational building
where there will be students and staff during the construction timeframe.
As such there will be no fraternization with the students or other faculty
members.
3.2
Due to the nearby classes and offices no radios will be allowed and no
inappropriate or lewd language will be allowed.
3.3
Appropriate clothing will be worn at all times: Shirts, pants / shorts,
sturdy shoes will be required. Personal Protective Equipment will be
required - hard hats, safety glasses and vests will be required.
4.0
Parking - Parking Permits will be issued by the Project Manager and Site
staff. Please put it on the dashboard for your vehicle(s) at all times. We
are not responsible for any parking citations or fees that may be charged
due to a failure of this protocol. All
5.0
The trailer vendor is responsible for electrical power during their work.
He is to coordinate with the Mt SAC Field Manager for the following: All
power shut-downs
equipment electrical tie-ins
Power, data, sewer and water to the SIM Lab will be provided by a
General Contractor working directly for the Owner. General Contractor
6.0 The Modular Vendor will be responsible to provide the following: Trailer Vendor
Ventilation of the work areas if required.
Secured site.
7.0
Flooring - will be provided by Owner for all areas EXCEPT the three
restrooms. The floor of the restrooms will be Dal Tile ceramic tile with
cove base by Trailer Vendor.

7.1
Flooring Contractor - Will provide floor protection for the use of all
contractors once the flooring has been laid. Any contractor not using the
floor protection will be responsible for the cost of the repair of the
damaged material.

8.0
Caulking and Trim -The Trailer vendor is responsible for caulking and
trimm for their work, and for fire blocking, water proofing, and making
openings water tight. Trailer Vendor
9.0
Daily lock up - Will be the responsibility of the Trailer Vendor. If the
Trailer vendor is not on site, any workers must advise the Mt SAC field
rep to check all openings and doors to make sure the site is locked every
night. All
10.0
Work Schedule - The normal working hours will be 7:00 am to 7:00 pm,
but extended work hours on Monday thru Friday and on weekends can
be coordinated with the Mt. SAC site rep. Excessive noise will also need
to be coordinated with the site rep to avoid impact to the daily operations. All
11.0 Demo and new site work General Contractor
11.1
The General Contractor will pull back all utilities prior to the demolition for
the modular General Contractor
11.2
The contractor must protect the site and their work area from student
traffic and vehicular traffic with a construction fence. All

All contractors must removal all of their own trash. It cannot be disposed
of on the Mt SAC campus. All
11.4
Coordination with the Mt. SAC IT department and Public Safety
Department will be necessary. All
11.5
Fence - Install the 48: tall chain link fence per the drawings. Install the
Owner provided 3 K-rail per the drawings. Owner's K-rail is located near
the entrance to the Wild Life Sanctuary and will require a large fork lift to
