OS = Left Eye

OU = Both Eyes

Dx = Diagnosis

TM = Tympanic Membrane

EOM = Extraocular Movement

SMD = Senile Macular Degeneration

RK= Radial Keratotomy

I&D = Incision & Drainage

R/O = Rule Out

Lasik= Laser Assisted in situ Keratomileusis

NKDA = No Known Drug Allergies

NKA = No Known Allergies

VS = Vital Signs

L&A = Light & Accomidation

PMI = Point of Maximal Impulse

PAN = Periodic Alternating Nystagmus

PEERLA = Pupils Equal, Round, Reactive to Light and Accommodation
