Clinical Social Work PracticeOur top ranked program offers a variety of clinical social work courses designed to prepare students to work with diverse populations. These courses focus on different therapeutic models from cognitive behavioral therapy, to art therapy. Our clinical curriculum is designed to prepare students to provide therapeutic and case management services to individuals, groups and families in order to improve their quality of life and social functioning.

The field education experience is an integral and mandatory part of our program as it provides students with hands on learning opportunities in social welfare settings. The field practicum is 2 days per week (16 hours, 3 credits per semester) for first year foundation students and 3 days per week for advanced students (24 hours, 6 credits per semester).
