No ,check the workers salary sheet ,finding lowest salary is 580RMB, but factory don’t know the local salary standard including workers.

Worker health and operation safety met the requirement. According worker statement .

No .didn’t find any evidence for force labour when need over work for orders and others

Didn’t find any evidence of physical or mental abuse.

Asked worker and check work time sheet ,finding is meet the state labour law.

Not satisfactory

F. Summary of Findings 小结 No Remarks 1. All the document or procedure for Quality didn’t be renewed ,old one is finding available 2. There is no separated quality department ,12QC belong to production line and technic department 3. Factory told qc will conduct incoming , process and finished product control ,but any quality recording is not

finding available 4. No mark label for the material on the packing ,factory using written by hand instead. Parts of finished

goods are not well identified or protected from storage 5. Finding all the area is Crowded with poor work flow & little organization ,need to make improved

layout for the workshop 6. Written local salary standard is not got available, but factory don’t this point .

Please note that documents were not verified nor were workers interviewed and a more in-depth audit involving this cross-referencing of information may provide a different conclusion. 总体而言工厂有较好的质量控制系统，没有明显的违法证据。但因为未提供文件证实，没有任何员工受访，深入进行评估得到的交叉信息可能会归结出不同的结
