1Contractor shall ensure that all underground services are traced & identified and ensure that these services will not be affected by chiller lifting activity. Contractor will also responsible to secure any required written consent from a external party regarding of underground services, if it necessary.

2Crane Third Party inspection required after assembled the cranes on site.

3Contractors must ensure that crane shall be assembled by the trained workers.

4Lifting routes for Chiller Tower 1 and 3 shall be vacant and cordoned off as per the chiller lifting contractor recommendation.

5All lifting gears certificates shall be Third Party Certified.

6Soil compaction test shall be carried out prior to verify the rigidity of Crane placing foundation.

7Crane Company Technical Engineer shall carryout the site survey to ensure that crane placing areas are rigid enough to bear the crane (dead + live) and satisfactory report shall be issued for same.

8Contractor shall follow all the rigging recommendation of Chiller Supplier / Manufacturer.
