The REGIOMAN is the leading printing system in the upper 4-1 mar-ket segment. With eight pages in a single circumference and double-size blanket cylinders in blanket-to-blanket design, it stands for fl exible and effi cient high-quality production.

Twice the speed: the REGIOMAN off ers twice the press speed of a 2-2 press with the same number of printing towers and the same output.

Product variety: the REGIOMAN’s fl exible cylinder concept permits an even or uneven number of sections in the product, with a varying num-ber of section pages. Versatile web leads, heatset equipment, variable web widths, and proven folding systems off er a wide variety of processing op-tions.

Effi ciency: the system off ers extra benefi ts for customers who want to print non-collect newspapers with a 2-page increment (in broadsheet) and multiple sections. Non-collect runs require 50% less printing plates than the 4-2 press.

High profi tability: automation and workfl ow options (PPL®, printnet-work/PECOM, Inline Control systems) ensure high production run speeds, rapid changeovers, and minimal waste.

Produktvielfalt: Das fl exible Zylinderkonzept der REGIOMAN ermöglicht eine gerade oder ungerade Anzahl von Büchern im Produkt, bei variieren-dem Seitenumfang der Bücher. Vielfältige Bahnführung, Heatset-Ausstat-tung, variable Bahnbreiten und bewährte Falzsysteme bieten zahlreiche Verarbeitungsmöglichkeiten.

Effi zienz: Besonders profi tieren Kunden, die ungesammelte Zeitungen mit dem 2-Seiten-Sprung (im Broadsheet) mit mehreren Büchern produ-zieren wollen. Bei ungesammelter Produktion werden im Vergleich zur 4-2-Maschine nur 50% der Druckplatten benötigt.
