TRANSCRIPT
Great news for our CISPC family! Mrs. Colleen Cail-let has been named Principal of the High School. Mrs. Colleen has been with us for over 20 years. In addition to her undergraduate degree, she holds a Masters Degree in Administration and Supervision from Southern University.
During her years with us, many of you have known her as Assistant Principal, English IV teacher, Homecoming Sponsor, High School Student Council Sponsor, literary rally sponsor, SACS/CASI review chairperson, football boot camp chaperone, senior retreat group leader and speaker, and fellow par-ent. She has three children at CHSPC in the 7th, 10th, and 12th grades. You will often see her cheering on the Hornets (and her children), in the many athletic and academic contests in which our students partici-pate. She will be an outstanding representative of CHSPC to our parish community and to the Diocese.
We look forward to the 2009-2010 school year and the bright future to follow with Mrs. Colleen and the rest of the CHSPC faculty, staff, and students.
Mrs. Colleen named High School Principal
COOL AIR IN GYM! (Don’t Believe Us? See Below!)
That’s right! Thanks to Annual Fund dona-tions from our alums and parents, we will have air conditioning in our gym for the 2009/2010 school year. The air conditioners will primarily be used during special events and athletic games.
Thank you for your donations and support!

Blast from the past!
Summer 2009
Morel’s Restaurant
Opened in 1983, the restaurant owned by Buddy (‘58) and Georgia Morel and managed by their son Major (‘93), was just a cabin Buddy’s mother rented to fisherman visiting False River. Major joined his parents in the restaurant business in 1998 and has become an integral part of its management. He’s also the resi-dent expert on what customers or-der. Morel’s is opened seven days a week , serving lunch and dinner every day except Sunday and Mon-day. The family also owns and oper-ates Morel Courts and Georgia Mo-rel Antiques.
Storage Solutions
Storage Solutions is a closet design business. Lucille Hebert (‘65) McCaskill and her architect son-in-law/partner, Creighton, work to-gether to design and install closets, pantries, laundry rooms and more. It’s a great way to organize your home and/or shop. Lu and her hus-band, Larry, are also distributors of Mona Vie. This juice fights inflam-mation in the body and helps to pro-vide the nutrients and antioxidants needed by each of us.
False River Realty
Matt Bondy (‘77) is a real estate broker and has been associated with False River Realty since 1982. Mary Dale Melancon Bondy (‘83) joined FRR as a realtor in 2001 after teach-ing at CESPC for 11 years. Both Matt and Mary Dale are graduates of LSU and specialize in selling Pointe Cou-pee Parish properties. Whether it’s a lake house on False River, residen-tial lots and homes, acreage tracts or commercial properties, they are experienced, knowledgeable and ready to help. You can find out more about False River Realty at www.falseriverrealty.com.
