Mr David Jesse, Director, Asia Flight Data Services Dave’s background is as an Avionics Systems Engineer, responsible for the design of “Black Box” Flight Data Recording systems, helicopter Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS) and other aircraft monitoring systems. Before that he led a helicopter autopilot design group, where he was responsible for the world’s first civil certificated digital autopilot and auto-hover system. A qualified flight test engineer, his experience covers military and civil fixed and rotary wing

types and Dave has held UK CAA Approved Signatory status. In 2000, Dave formed Flight Data Services Limited with a group of colleagues which now has over 120 customers and has analysed over 4,000,000 flights.
