Human Resource Management training programs. o This has led to 97% of Nike footwear products to meet their
baseline level or better on their sustainability goals.
• Outsource all of their manufacturing
except for specialized components of
their Nike air system
• This allows them to focus on design,
research and development, & distribution
of their products.
• Provides flexibility & lowers risk.
