Dear Chairman Potter,

In early 2012 the six Cities of the Monterey Peninsula, those in the Cal Am Sercreated the Monterey Peninsula Regional Water Authority (MPRWA). The

was created as a vehicle to represent the residents of our six Cities in our join

study of the three proposed desalinization projects, which contract will be
