• Key amendments to OAD

– Introduction of “Meter Error Notification and Reporting Procedure”

– Introduction of “User Dispute”

• Central published register of LDZ Offtake meter faults that will impact on RbD (regardless of size)

• Regular monthly updates to status and information until RbD reconciliation occurs

• Introduction of “User Dispute” process prior to error being reconciled

• Monthly updates to status and information until RbD reconciliation occurs, occurring 10 days before Offtake Committee meeting

• Users can request further information via Offtake Committee at 5 days notice

• Error Assessment Report is the basis for the Energy Calculations
