NEWS FROM THE GARDEN

AUGUST 2015

On  August  2,  most  preschoolers  will  promote  to  their  new  classes!    This  is  always  an  exciting  time  that  marks  another  year  of  growth  for  our  kids!      

The  Garden  continues  to  grow,  so  there  are  a  few  changes  to  note.    This  year,  the  Great  Room,  2’s,  3’s,  and  4’s  will  be  located  on  the  North  Wing  (to  the  right)  and  the  Babies,  Toddlers,  Nursing  Room,  Changing  Room,  and  Special  Needs  rooms  will  be  on  the  South  Wing  (to  the  left).    Also,  restrooms  in  the  Garden  will  both  become  Family  Restrooms.      

Garden  information  packets  will  be  available  one  per  family  during  the  month  of  August.    They  will  include  our  newly  revised  policies,  a  Garden  brochure,  a  copy  of  this  newsletter,  and  a  Volunteer  Card.    Please  take  a  few  minutes  to  review  this  information  that  includes  safety  and  health  guidelines.    If  you  have  any  questions,  see  Anita  Dabbs  or  any  member  of  the  Leadership  Team.      

Thank  you  for  bringing  your  preschooler  to  FBCG!    We  pray  that  2015-‐2016  will  be  a  blessed  year  for  your  family  as  we  come  along  with  you  to  plant  the  seeds  of  Faith  in  your  children!

MOVING ON UP!

What’s Happening in the Garden on Wednesdays: 6:00-‐7:00  -‐  Mission  Friends  (Twos-‐Fours),  Childcare  for  Babies-‐Ones    SPLASH  OFF  for  Mission  Friends  is  August  12.    Come  ready  to  get  wet!        Wed  Night  Parents:    Couples,  Men’s  and  Women’s  classes,  Choir  practice.  

What’s Happening in the Garden on Sundays: 9:00  and  10:30  –  Bible  Learning  Activities  for  Babies-‐Fours  5:30-‐7:00  –  Starting  August  16  –  SNAP:    Sunday  Night  Activities  for  Preschoolers    (Music  and  fun  for  Babies-‐Fours  of  parents  attending  Life  Groups)
