Ashley Brown, Kylie Cochran, and Rhea Carter have agreed to lead this team. The goal is to plan events for our church family to unify in service and love to the community and each other. Both outreach and church social activities are linked together: serving others brings us together and loving each other well is a witness of God’s love to the community. A sampling of the events include: Outreach: Fall Festival and Car Washes Social: Holiday Party To accomplish this goal, the Special Events Team will also keep a central church calendar, ensuring a holistic approach for all events. The Team desires that every group (Women, Men, Youth, Young Adult, etc.) continue with their plans; how- ever, they ask any plans be added to the central calendar. Hopefully this will eliminate activity overload and overlapping. The Special Events Team would love your help! If you would like to help with upcoming events or if you have fresh ideas for outreach or social activities, feel free to let Ashley, Kylie, and/or Rhea know.
