Mounting Kit Catalog

Kits to Mount Masoneilan* SVI Digital Valve Positioners on BHGE & OEM Valves (Rev. E)

Digital valve positioners are a powerful tool for improving

process plant performance and can deliver one of the

highest returns on investment. Masoneilan digital

valve positioners—including the SVI* II AP, SVI FF, SVI II ESD

and SVi1000—are compatible with a number of OEM valves.

It is important to mount the positioners properly, using

BHGE manufactured mounting kits to ensure superior

performance in harsh industrial environments.

Our mounting kits are designed and manufactured specifically

for mounting Masoneilan digital valve positioners to

Masoneilan control valves or other manufacturers’ valves.

Masoneilan mounting kits have been designed, tested

and successfully used to mount Masoneilan digital valve

positioners onto valves from other manufacturers. Using

another mounting kit could jeopardize the overall performance

of the control valve assembly and void its warranty.

Smart Product Mounting Kits

Our kits are packaged with all the components bagged and tagged for easy identification. An installation drawing is provided, listing all the component numbers with instructions to mount the kit and instrument.
