    Employee Spotlight

Mountain Crane is excited to spotlight Wayne Southam

as the newest addition to our awesome engineering team!

Wayne has been with the company for almost two months.

He was drawn to the crane industry because he loves the

variety of project that it allows him to be involved with:

anything from setting steel, picking concrete forms, setting

large vessels, to constructing wind farms. There is always a

different puzzle to solve and something new to learn about.

His favorite thing about Mountain Crane is the great team

of people that make it fun to come to work each day.

Wayne is originally from Aurora, Colorado. He went to

college at the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.

The Air Force sent him and his family to Utah and they have

enjoyed being here ever since. Wayne and his wife, Allison,

just celebrated their 10th anniversary. They have three kids:

a girl and two boys who are very active and fun to be around.

Wayne also loves to go fly fishing and mountain biking.
