Termoforming

Thermoforming consists in thermal and pressure forming of packages from film. Execution of orders implementedin this technology is very fast and efficient.

Injection

Forming packages with the injection method gives us a product of the highest quality, both in aesthetic terms and with excellentmechanical features

Tampoprint It enables to apply a lot of text on a relatively small surface(e.g. descriptions, raw material compositions, etc.). Printing with the tampoprint method consists in direct application of a text on a package, which definitely reduces production costs, leaving texts, trademarks and bar codes very visible.

Labelling

Labelling of packages gives us a possibility of flexible reaction to changing needs of the Customer. It allows quick change in the product range, without sustaining additional costs, being, at the same time, time-saving.

IML-In Mould Labelling By labelling with the IML method, we obtain a product of the highest qualityin aesthetic terms, with excellent print quality. In this technology, thereis also a possibility of fast change of the product range, which allows to react flexibly to changing Customer needs.

Production of PS film In 2006, we launched production of polystyrene film. The film is produced with extrusion method on a double-worm extruder, which ensures high homogenization of the raw material. Each year, we produce ca. 1000 T. Launching our own extrusion department allows quicker execution of the customer’s orders and quick conduct of tests of new packages.

            

Quick execution of orders, even within 24h upon receipt of the order. The product is monitored in all production phases, from the moment of placing the order until the moment of delivery.
