Why Loaded Struts? When struts and springs need to be replaced, technicians now have the option

of changing them as an assembled unit – with a Motorcraft® Loaded Strut. These are designed as an assembly with a coil spring and strut mounted

together and bolted in as a single unit to save time and improve safety during installation.

• Speed - a single bolt-in assembly changed in a fraction of the time required for a traditional spring/strut repair

• Safety - does not require coil compression, eliminating costly equipment, time and possibility of injury during compression of coil
