Established in 2010, we are one of the leading marine equipment specialists in the industry, operating across various locations worldwide, with bases in the UK and Norway.

Bespoke equipment is also available with our experienced design team ready to assist, regardless of the size of enquiry. Our 30-acre site in Boyndie, Aberdeenshire, has the facilities to offer in-house design engineering, fabrication, machining, assembly and testing.

Engineering.Motive Engineering offers in-house design engineering, fabrication, machining,

assembly and testing. Our highly skilled and knowledgeable staff, combined with a proactive and innovative approach, allows us to offer short manufacture lead

times and quality products. We offer a comprehensive catalogue of standardised equipment as well as bespoke design solutions.

Rentals.Motive Rentals specialises in the provision of solutions based rental projects,

including winch rental, subsea equipment rental and Launch and Recovery System rental. We also offer offshore installation services, wire spooling and inspections and

umbilical spooling and deployment services. Our operators and technicians are highly experienced and have a sound knowledge of our product range.

With over 200 rental projects successfully delivered to date, we have established a reputation for providing modern, safe and reliable rental packages complimented with an unrivalled service offering.

Our trained operators and technicians bring together knowledge and experience, along with value added skills including rigging, banskman/slinging and equipment servicing abilities, providing efficiencies for our clients.

We continue to experience significant growth and strong financial turnover figures, with £3.5 million reinvested into our rental equipment fleet over the past two years.
