the task at hand•The second half is attempting to motivate

the team or group to perform on the same level as the leader.

Why use Motivational Leadership?•Not having true authority does not allow me to

be a true commanding leader•Therefore, I could not power trip like I would

have loved to•Making the class better was my next best option.•Motivational leadership reaches out to younger

people the best•They see someone perform well, and they want

to emulate that persons talent•They also appreciate enthusiasm
