Form group of 3 and ask them to sit at requisite place where they can discuss freely.

Group of 3 may be guided to express before others their concerns/problems and other two would suggest solutions to overcome the problem

Step-4 Discussion in the groups ?

20-25 MIN. to discuss problems and solutions

Step-5 Discussion in the groups ?

Assemble in the plenary andGroup wise ask every one to present their concern/issue along with the solutions suggested……..45 minutes

Step-6 Time frame?

Time frame in which they would implement or tackle the issues/concern……10 minutes

Step-7 Conclusion

Ask few the benefit of AL Exercise and conclude that through this exercise many issues in the Group/Organization can be resolved
