DESCRIPTION
For the last few years I've been in an epic battle with the most powerful gang in the world known as the "state" in respect to my right to being a parent and my right to support my kids on my terms. Being a father is so much more than an order by some imaginary "authority". Child support collection services as it turns out is actually a private company/entity know as Young Williams as stated in the memorandum and motion to dismiss my initial administrative claim sent to the Tennessee State Claims Commission. The reason for filing an administrative claim prior to following a lawsuit is to 1.) follow procedure for suing a municipal corporate entity and 2.) to figure out what the defendants defense is to restructure my offense. Furthermore if the state denies my claim because they felt the Public Servants committed an intentional act then those Public Servants can be held personally liable. Its funny how the municipal corporation will throw its employees under the bus at the first signs of a problem. The Motion to dismiss the complaint filed by the state only represents the state and does not represent the employees. The reason for posting this is so that those who are fighting similar battles have a template to work and build from. I will be working on my rebuttal and will be posting it once its completed and filed.
