As generally known, all roads lead to Rome. However, only

a few are equally efficient, economical and practical. The

same also applies to the development of automation solu-

tions. For this reason, there is a consultation phase before

every automation solution.

What exactly do you want to achieve with the intended

automation solution? Does it affect part of an overall plant,

is a complete new solution to be developed, or is an exist-

ing solution to be expanded? Has a hazard analysis and

risk analysis already been undertaken or is this part of the

overall job? Which interfaces are to be taken into account,

which programming languages are to be used?

These and other questions must be clarified to prepare a

detailed specification. We would be pleased to assist you

during this process and contribute our engineering know-

how. We prepare a proposed solution and take over the

planning and project management for you.

Switchgear manufacture

From the electrical design to the complete switch cabinetYou specify the requirements — we plan and build the switchgear for you

All electrical and electronic equipment for a machine or

plant come together in the switch cabinet. As a central dis-

tribution point it not only provides a means of communica-

tion between the control system and the individual compo-

nents, it also contains safety functions for the protection of

components, the environment and people. As such switch

cabinets are subject to special requirements and high

quality standards.

We plan, design and manu-

facture switch cabinets based

on all common standards. Our

switchgear meets high quality

standards and can be adapted

to international requirements.

A function test as well as the

pre-adjustment of all compo-

nents prior to delivery are just

as much a matter of course as

quality control.

Our flexible management makes it possible to real-

ise individual customer requirements and tailor-made

solutions. Of course we also take into account special fac-

tory standards and internal regulations if necessary.

We install the pre-assembled switch cabinets on site. De-

livery, electrical installation and electrical commissioning

of the switch cabinets and devices are always undertaken

with due consideration of all labour regulations, the gener-

ally applicable requirements as well as internal conditions

and quality requirements.

You will only obtain ideal results in the production process

if both the used hardware and the specific application

software interact optimally.

course we provide complete circuit diagram documenta-

tion. All this work is undertaken in close collaboration with

you and on a jointly defined basis.

meaningful display of data. Critical operating situations

must be detected at an early stage and faults rectified

quickly. For this reason we match the depiction of the sys-

Depending on customer requirements, all production data

is documented and prepared for further processing or

checking. As a result our customer-orientated and func-

tional solutions ensure your plant or machine is operated

correctly.

mens, Phoenix Contact, Rockwell Automation and Wago.

Here, depending on the application, we utilise common

bus systems including PROFIBUS-DP, ProfiNET, EtherNet IP,

CANopen or Beckhoff Ethercat. Upon request we would be

pleased to undertake the complete software engineering.
