Jeff King—healing leg injury. Jordan King—severe allergies. Margie McDaniel—back issues Leon Murdoch—health
concerns Susan Palmer—has cancer;
Sally Francis’ niece. Robin Sanford—fell and broke
her femur, will take 6-9 months to recover; daughter of Bob & Billie Spain.
Denise Terry—cancer has been upgraded from stage 0 to 2, so chemotherapy has been added. Will be followed with radiation; Angela Webster’s sister
CC Turner—health concerns Tracey VanBeek—undergoing
treatment for stage 4 cancer. Billie Jo Jack’s daughter’s sister-in-law.
Bill Vincent—bone cancer. Virginia West—health concerns
and strength. Biron & Lynella Wiley—severely
beaten by a home intruder last week. Birney has a crushed skull and Lynella a concussion. Biron founded the Missionary Tech Team.
Jimmy—recovery from brain surgery; nephew of Florence Claxton.
Megan Arms—please continue to pray for her to make wise choices; Thelma & Rex Haskins’ granddaughter.
Margie—has cancer; Carrie Moore’s friend’s relative.
Curtis Barnett—broken clavicle. Shaun Borden—cancer numbers
have gone back up; He is the son-in-law of Gayle Murley, who is Pat Erwin’s neighbor.
Kristen Cole—having a baby girl, due on May 26, please pray that she is able to carry to due date and everything goes well; granddaughter of Fred & Latriece Cole
Mike Collier—chemo treatments for cancer; friend of Becky & Al Pierce.
Lois Cooper —cancer has spread. Trying to determine whether or not to continue chemo; Angela Webster’s sister-in-law.
Marion Corley—under hospice care; Angela Webster’s father.
Jeff Dykes—has aggressive small cell carcinoma of the lungs; cousin of Linda Whitehead.

Great Hall Program: Benjamin Shepherd & Miranda Dolive Benjamin began a private studio in Longview in 2012. In addition to taking private students, he is teaching guitar as adjunct-faculty at LeTourneau University, on invitation of the former professor of worship arts, Dr. Mark Jonah. He also served as a guitar adjudicator for the state solo and ensemble competitions.
Benjamin completed his Bachelor of Music degree in Performance under University of North Texas guitar professor and Guitar Foundation of America board director, Tom Johnson.
After completing his degree, Ben worked in Dallas, TX for several years with iSong.com (Hal Leonard) helping develop software to become one of the first interactive music and notation programs.
Currently, Benjamin is providing guitar instruction to the surrounding area of east Texas, and performing.
Miranda Dolive is the Minister of Music at First Christian Church in Longview.
Miranda holds a Bachelor of Music (Music Education-Voice) from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Master of Music from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Arts from Lexington Theological Seminary.
