Macron® LED Driver Limited Warranty

Macron Associate Company (“Macron”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that its

LED Drivers (“Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of

invoice by Macron for the following periods:

(5) Years

Product case temperature 80°C or less

This warranty is conditioned upon proper

storage, installation, use and maintenance.

This warranty applies only to the repair or

replacement of the Product and only when

the Product is properly handled, installed

and maintained according to Macron’s

is not applicable to any Product which is

not installed and operated in accordance

with the National Electric Code (NEC),

the Standards for Safety of Underwriters’

Laboratory, Inc. (UL), the Standards for the

American National Standards Institute (ANSI),

or, in Canada, the Standards for Safety of

Underwriters’ Laboratory, Inc. (CUL), and

for the Product. This warranty does not

apply to damage or failure to perform arising

from abuse, misuse, abnormal stresses and

operating conditions, natural disasters.

This warranty extends only to the original

purchaser of the warranted Product. If a

Product covered by this warranty fails to

conform to this warranty and is returned by

purchaser during the warranty period, and

Macron determines to its satisfaction that

such Product failed to satisfy this warranty,

Macron will, at its sole option, either repair or

replace the Product or the non-conforming

part thereof. For purposes of clarity, “repair or

replace the Product or the non-conforming

part thereof” does not include any removal

or reinstallation costs or expenses, including

without limitation labor costs or expenses.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Macron

will not under any circumstances whether

as a result of breach of contract, breach of

warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise be

liable for consequential, incidental, special or

exemplary damages, including but not limited

the Product or any other goods or associated

equipment or damage to any associated

equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute

Product, facility of services, down time cost,

or claims of claimant’s customers. Macron

liability on any claim of any kind for any loss

or damage arising out of, resulting from

or concerning any aspect of this warranty

or from the Product or services furnished
