We will be open 8:00am – 5:00pm weekdays & Saturday before the sale from 8:00am – 12:00 pm., Closed Sunday. Inspection day is March 12, from 8:00am – 4:00pm. There will be a forklift on site to assist you in unloading your items. ALL items must be on the yard by 4PM on the 12th. No exceptions. We will not take items day of the sale!!!!Buyers Premium: There will be 6% buyer’s premium. Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon. We accept cash or a check with a letter of credit from your bank. We Now Take Credit Cards & Do Financing!!
