I findmyself making thetime to reflect back on the past year andall that we have accomplished as acompany. We are so blessed andfortunate to see another great year!

There's no better way toexpress our gratitude towards ourown than exchanging gifts beforedoing so with our friends and family.

I am extremely proud of the wholeMachado Team as once again we haveexperienced tremendous change andgrowth.
