Your Wedding, Your Way

A peaceful, private residence, That Amazing Place is an exclusive use venue.   This means that when you bookyour wedding with us, our beautiful 15th century Manor House along with its 12 deluxe bedrooms (sleeping 25guests) and outdoor hot tub is exclusively yours for the day and night of your wedding, giving you the flexibility toplan your wedding exactly how you want it.

A luxurious boutique country house with comfortable bedrooms, elegant furnishings and contemporary interiors,it is a real “home from home” in which to welcome and entertain your guests. So, whether you are looking for asimply magical day or a full weekend to treasure forever, That Amazing Place offers a totally private and romanticsetting for your wedding day.

With our picturesque location and breathtaking views of the grounds and lake, That Amazing Place offers theperfect backdrop for your special day.

From the long driveway up to the house on arrival, to enjoying reception drinks on the patio with views of thelake, all of your guests will enjoy the stunning scenery That Amazing Place has to offer.

Our beautiful Grade II listed building with gorgeous surroundings, gated secret garden and orchard offers anidyllic setting for your wedding photographs and your photographer will enjoy exploring the many photoopportunities within our grounds.

Stunning Surroundings

Exclusively yours, That Amazing Place’s elegant spaces provide you with the flexibility to create your wedding,your way.  Inside the house we offer large bright rooms with contemporary interiors ideal for small intimategatherings of up to 80 seated, or for larger numbers we can extend the house with a marquee structure, completewith lake view.

For your evening reception, dance the night away in the Hall or Lakeview Lounge and have a celebration toremember forever.

CeremoniesLicensed for civil ceremonies, you can say “I Do” in one of our two elegant reception rooms.  Our LakeviewLounge with its exquisite sash windows and stunning views of the lake can seat up to 70 guests and the Hallwith its high ceilings and beautiful mirrored wall can seat up to 100 guests.

You can also say your vows alfresco under our beautiful outdoor ceremony gazebo. With the lake as yourbackdrop, it is the perfect location for a romantic summer wedding.

That Amazing Place offers exclusive luxury overnight accommodation in our 12 stylish and extremely comfortablebedrooms for the wedding couple and up to 23 guests. Not only does this give you complete privacy on yourspecial day, but your guests can also relax and enjoy themselves without the hassle of having to worry abouttransport.

Our bright and spacious bridal suite offers a luxurious king bed and stunning views, perfect for waking up in themorning as newlyweds.

Your wedding day is a cherished time and this total exclusivity allows you to invite your closest family and friendsto stay alongside you on your wedding night.  We also provide a delicious hot breakfast in our dining room thefollowing morning.

Choose from our carefully selected external caterers and have your menu tailor-made to your exact requirements.Whether you are looking for a traditional wedding breakfast or perhaps something less formal, our highlyexperienced caterers will work with you to create a delicious menu that is perfect for you and your budget.

That Amazing Place offers a fully licensed bar service with a selection of wines to suit every palate, along with arange of drinks packages tailored to your needs.
