The status of finishing the 3rd floor Choir Suite has moved from planning to action. Paint color and floor covering have been selected and approved. And, the Trustees are actively working on assigning the work schedule for those projects and others necessary to make the space ready for the choir to move in.
At the same time, the Trustees are working to evaluate each of the Phase 3 projects for funding, prioritizing, construction methods, and scheduling to determine the most cost-effective and timely production process. This is a critical step in moving forward on Phase 3 of our transformation.
We will keep you updated on the progress of the Choir Suite renovation and Phase 3 plans.
It has been exciting to update you on the progress of our Capital Campaign Fund Total each week. It has been expecially exciting, and surprising, to report an increase each and every week. This week is no exception. You have done it again! Our new fund total this week is $685,589! We never get tired of saying “Thank You” for your faith, commitment and generosity to Preparing the Present to Transform the Future! of St. Luke’s to continue serving our members, our friends, and our community.

Dear Friends,
We had a great response for our first congregational discern-
ment focus group. If you weren’t able to attend, there are two
more opportunities.
Sun., March 22- attending the church 5-15 years
Sun., March 29- attending the church 15 or more years
These upcoming gatherings will be an informal time of shar-
ing reflections on the good things we do as a church, and im-
agining what great things God could do through us in the fu-
ture. Each gathering will take place at the church from 4:00
to 5:30 p.m. and will meet in the Fellowship Hall.
These are not exact ranges, so feel free to choose the time
that best describes you, or that works best for your schedule.
Childcare will be available for the March 22 gathering.
We would love to have as many people attend so together we
can listen and discern where God is leading this wonderful
church!
Grace and Peace,
Ricky
