with existing engagement surveys. They allow you to

BASELINE ASSESSMENT (ALSO SEPERATELY AVAILABLE)
In a baseline assessment of five weeks, the app
collects reliable realtime data on 15 employee
happiness drivers. For example, people’s intrinsic
motivation, appreciation at work and employer
reputation. Both the level of satisfaction and level of
importance are being measured. This way employees
establish an internal benchmark. The baseline
outcome will highlight problem areas or success
factors, and gives direction to targeted action plans.
CONTINUOUS MOOD CHECK & eNPS SCORE
How do your employees feel at work from day to
day? How high are the stress and engagement levels?
Our survey has a response rate of 75%. Therefore it
is easy and effective to measure continuously. Within

You can decide yourself who is assigned a manager
role in our tool. For example the directors, HR
managers and team supervisors.
Their starting point is to analyze the scores and trends
of Stress, Dissatisfaction, Satisfaction and
Engagement. They can compare and filter on time
period, team, location or custom target groups.

HEATMAPS
Additionally the data from the second survey question
is presented in smart heatmaps. In these you can see
the feedback scores of the 15 different engagement
drivers. Within the themes Organization, Job, People
and Wellbeing, both problem areas and success factors

eNPS SCORE
Another popular measurement is the eNPS score. This
employee Net Promotor Score shows to what extent
your employees would recommend your organization
to others as an employer. With this standardized
score you can benchmark with companies worldwide.

2. TEAM REPORT
WEEKLY MOOD REPORT
Employees within teams receive a mail or app
containing a summary of the captured emotions
from that past week. To maintain an anonymous
representation we only measure on team level when
teams have 5 or more members. The mood report
has proven te be a powerful tool to start discussing
subjects such as stress, happiness and work
ambience. For instance during your team meetings.
Team managers can also create separate team
measurements with their own questions. This can be
useful to dig deeper into given feedback or difficult
subjects. It will make (positive) change measurable
and a shared responsibility of the team.
