HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE?

SatellitesWe use satellites every day but nasa and other company's use them especially to communicate

Radio waves are a type of electromagnetic radiation with wavelengths in the electromagnetic spectrum longer than infrared light. Radio waves have frequencies from 300 GHz to as low as 3 kHz, and corresponding wavelengths from 1 millimetre to 100 kilometres. Like all other electromagnetic waves, they travel at the speed of light. Naturally occurring radio waves are made by lightning, or by astronomical objects. Artificially generated radio waves are used for fixed and mobile radio communication, broadcasting, radar and other navigation systems, satellite communication, computer networks and innumerable other applications. Different frequencies of radio waves have different propagation characteristics in the Earth's atmosphere; long waves may cover a part of the Earth very consistently, shorter waves can reflect off the ionosphere and travel around the world, and much shorter wavelengths bend or reflect very little and travel on a line of sight.

• Well it all started with computers and email with the phone and going through updates in time the technology became stronger enough to reach into space by using radio waves. They are able to go through a vacume in space to reach the rockets and austronoughts they can only be interrupted by planets and meteors

HOW DO WE GET MESSAGES UP THERE?

This is a message to space to aliens saying from planet earth to send out moon messages and radio waves so It could be picked up by aliens

• The mars rover was used to scout and send out radio waves.

• Other devices like satellites send back radio waves to the telescopes around the world.

BlogThis is are slideshow about moon messages and we have shown you about everything to do with satellites and radio waves how the signals get up there and much more we hope you enjoy this.

What are Moon Messages?Moon Messages are signals to the moon and space to tell people in spacecraft's what is what and why it is basically an early warning to the people up there.
