Barry L. Johnson is a near life-long resident of Beaufort County, having gradu-

ated from Beaufort High School in 1964. A� er graduating cum laude from Harvard University in 1968, Mr. Johnson received his law degree from University of South Carolina School of Law in 1971. For over 40 years, Mr. Johnson has represent-ed banks, national companies and CEOs, prominent local construction companies, developers, property owners’ associations, and numerous other businesses and individuals in litigation, mergers, transactions, and other general legal services.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Johnson was very active in civic a� airs, chari-table organizations and local poli-tics. More recently, Mr. Johnson has been in the Christian Ministry, serv-ing as Associate Pastor of Bible Faith Fellowship Church, and has co-led mission work in the Dominican Republic. He is married to Kerry Johnson and has four children and six grandchildren. Mr. Johnson is
