    We currently have a permanent position available for a highly motivated, talented and career oriented professional to  join 

    our team as a Montabert Sales Representative reporting to the Business Manager, Montabert. This role will be responsible 

    for building and fostering highly influential relationships with various customers within Indonesia. 

    Key Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to: 

      Maintaining a strong knowledge of  Joy Global/Montabert products, parts and service capabilities; 

      Demonstrate integrity in all aspects of  business, and in particular when dealing with Joy Global proprietary 

    information, customer information and contract negotiations; 

      Be an effective member of  a high performing, cross organisational team and work effectively to meet the Joy Global 

    sales targets; 

      Develop a liaison with appropriate personnel to ensure positive and constructive relations are built between customer 

    and vendor to support sales and service goals and initiatives; 

      Proactively seek and manage information from the customer that will aid in technical improvements of  the Montabert 

    products; 

      Actively seek and secure profitable revenue channels through the sales of   Montabert products and aftermarket 

    products and services; 

      Actively solicit parts, manufacturing, service, predictive diagnostics and repair work to allow maximum utilisation of  

    Joy Global facilities and capabilities; 

      Prepare and deliver sales packages specific to customer needs; 

      Prepare sales and forecast reports; 

      Maintain close contact with the industry’s major clients and leading contractor groups 

    Key skills and attributes required for this role: 

      Technical background or equivalent, in Quarry or Construction or related Industries 

      Sales qualifications highly regarded 

      Proven sales and marketing background with an strong emphasis on understanding the customer’s needs (5‐10 years 

    desirable) 

      Demonstrated focus on Safety 

      Understanding and commitment to QA and Continuous improvement 

      Project and Contract management experience desirable 

      Excellent communications (written and verbal), negotiation, analysis and problem solving skills. 

      Excellent English language skills requried 

      Superb teamwork and collaboration skills and an ability to exercise persistence where needed.
