Frequently asked questions

Do you plan another „Discounted“ package (170 Euro monthly) following this „Cyber Monday 2019“ offer, after the 9th of December 2019?

Actually we don’t plan a similar offer: 1. We don’t want to over-saturate Snapchat with too many bot users. This happened to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. already. 2. We want to protect your earnings, any kind of over-saturation would lower your income. 3. The regular price (299 Euro monthly) is already the lowest price of the whole market for a complete Snapchat SaaS bot solution, including 2 Snapchat accounts, a friend adder module, a story poster module etc. But if money really matters that much to you, you are invited to ask us from time to time about planned promotions.

Why is the regular product price of 299 Euro that cheap?

We are aware that the monthly price of 299 Euro for our Snapchat SaaS bot seems a little cheap, since it allows you to set up 2 Snapchat accounts with the basic configuration (to be extended with upgrades optionally), compared with the prices of competing companies. „Snaply…“ costs US$ 499 monthly with less modules/features for 1 single Snapchat account only, „Let’s…“ starts at 1.000 Euro monthly (up to 3.000 Euro monthly), considering our researches as of April 2020. Our calculation is based on the „pay per feature“ principle, so you only have to pay what you really need, not everything arranged as „flat rate“ packages for a higher price.

Why don’t you offer a sort of Snapchat username scraper?

The official Snapchat apps for iOS and Android don’t allow the request of friends of 3rd party Snapchat accounts. There is also no API function to request them directly at the Snapchat servers. So unlike other platforms like TikTok we can’t offer a friend scraper module for Snapchat at the moment. But



this may change later in 2020. We suggest you to scrape other platforms (profiles of their users) regarding mentioned Snapchat usernames instead. We also may consider the offer to obtain lists with valid Snapchat users at some point.

Why doesn’t the „Trial Account“ package include all of the regular features and modules of the regular package?

Unfortunately a few trial account users tried to abuse the previously created trial accounts (version 1.0), e. g. by adding „masses“ of friends, running scheduled story posts every 5 minutes during the whole day etc. So we had to limit the features a little. The trial accounts have been designed to gain some quick insights, to see a proof of concept, not to be used in a production environment without any cost.

Are you affiliated with Snapchat bot „Snaply…“, „Let’s…“, „XYZ“?

All Snapchat bots mentioned above are regular competitors, we’re not affiliated with them in any way. We don’t plan any sort of cooperation either. Some competing product may have inspired us a little, e. g. how to design our browser user interface. And we may use the same HTML/JavaScript template engine for our user interface, since it’s available to everybody and has been sold more than 80.000 times. Of course the backend structure is completely different. But besides that fact we’re not affiliated with any of the above, nor we are resellers.

We’re located at the Netherlands and Italy, West Europe, European Union (EU). Therefore none of us is native English, so please excuse any grammar or spelling mistake. ;-)

* The number of users to be added by the „Friend Adder“ module totally depends on the current limits set by the Snapchat servers. Snapchat started to implement some limitations end of February 2020, based on a large spam thread at a known black hat forum. Previously we could let our customers add between 3.000 and 5.000 users in 24 hours per Snapchat account. Please talk to us about the details behind, the current limitations and possible workarounds to bypass these limits.
