Entering Class
• Volume is 1 when entering & then goes to 0 when teacher begins.
• Get BOK (interactive notebook), materials, & warm up & move to assigned area
• Have a seat, begin warm up immediately, read agenda when finished, then get BOK set up for the day. When teacher begins class volume goes to 0.
• Questions?-Raise hand
Getting Attention
• Volume goes to 0 immediately
• Freeze• Listen carefully, follow
instructions, then work consistently
• Questions?-Raise hand
Direct Teach
• Volume is at 0• Stay in assigned area• Listen carefully, follow
instructions, & take noteson what is being said• Questions?-Raise hand
Exiting Class
• Volume is at 0 or 1• Clean your area, push in your chair,
return pencil/pen, & listen for instructions to dismiss you
• Walk out the door when dismissed & Make it a GREAT day
