Present simple tense
• I live in Radcliffe.

• She has four children.
• Write down 3 sentences about you and 3 sentences about someone in your house/family.
The Present Simple Tenseis used to describe:
1. Facts which are always true – general truths.

3rd person singular - spelling
1. Usually, the third person singular (he/she/it) is formed by adding an s to the base verb.

Adverbs of frequency:
Always, often, generally, usually, normally, sometimes, never.
He normally cooks pasta on Fridays.
Other time expressions:
Every day, every month, every year, on Sundays, at the weekends etc.
Waiters often work on Sundays.
