Students spend their first two years at the Clayton campus with two weeks in their second year spent in a rural area. The next two years are based in north-west Victoria and are dedicated to a mix of clinical training rotations and formal tutoring in hospitals, general practices and other health services. The final year comprises a series of hospital-based rotations in rural, metropolitan and sometimes overseas placements.
