Molesworth Concept 1 & 2

I visited the site with the Landscape Designer to measure and finalize existing features to remain. I imputed the site measurements into BricsCAD and I digitally color rendered the residential concept landscape plans. I imported the design form BricsCAD into SketchUp. I created the design in 2-D plan view and 3-D using SketchUp. The landscape has two concepts for the client and Landscape Designer to review. I discussed the materials and plants in the design and created an interesting presentation for the client.

Plan view: I helped with site measurement, site documentation, and imputed measurements into BricsCAD. I chose the hardscape and softscape materials colored in the plan view based on the Landscape Designer’s digital drawing. The plan view plant symbols are chosen by the designer and I imputed them into the design using LandFX and SketchUp. I designed the concept layout to show plant images.

3-D: I created the house, retaining walls, and design features in SketchUp to show the new design. I built the existing retaining walls and slope. I created the new steps to access the slope from the designer’s 2-D drawing. The 3-D plant symbols are chosen by the designer and I impute them into the design using LandFX and SketchUp.
