We follow the treasured recipe of “La Boteguita del Medio”, the most iconic bar in Havana, which is believed to be the place where the Mojito was born. The method involves a lot of care and passion: we macerate the lime with sugar for a few hours, allowing the flavors to blend, we then add the rum, mint ,and top it up with soda for a bit of sparkle – just like in Havana.
