TRACKING A CONTAINER BY BL, BOOKING OR CONTAINER

Make sure the red tab is

under “Container

Tracking” or click on the

dedicated tab. Then,

click on the search field

and fill your reference to

launch a research.

●●◦◦◦◦

You can make a search

typing different kinds

of reference number:

a container, a booking

or a B/L. Once typed,

click on “Go “.

●●●●◦◦

You can delete previous

searches by clicking on

“delete all”.

Note: Your last three

items searched are

saved in this list.

When the result is dis-

playing, the “Track”

tab displays all the

pieces of information

and steps related to

your shipment.

The “information”

tab displays the

reference of your

quotation and the

description of

commodities.

Note: every time

the ”share” icon

appears, you can

click on it to share

the information of

your current screen.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Make sure the selected

tab is on “Shipments”

or click the tab to

access.

The shipment dashboard

is available in a connected

mode. The login button

provides a quick access to

the authenticator. Click on

the button to login

through the mobile

application.

This connected part

provides an access to

your shipment list. You

can check shipment

reference, POL/POD,

and current status. If

you need more details,

click on given

elements of the list.

Shipment details are

separated into two

tabs. The container

list is under the left

taband detailed

information can be

found under the right

tab.

The information tab

provides a quick vision

of POL/POD details,

commodities’ list and

quotation reference.

The Share function is

the same on each f

eature. You can

choose from many

options to share the

information you are

looking for.

ROUTING FINDER

The Routing Finder tool is

available through the

bottom menu by clicking

on “Routing”.

The result screen

features all the relevant

solutions to your search.

For each solution, you

will get a quick overview

with: dates and

duration. For more

details, click on a

solution.

You will find detailed

information about the

selected solution.

Scroll-up and down the

list to view the full

route.

The share icon is always

here for you to share

the information you are

looking for.

Enter a port of origin in

the field “From” and a

port of arrival in the field

“To” or select a previous

routing research to a

quick access.

Note: the routing finder

helps you find the best

route solutions between

two ports.

AGENCY FINDER

The agency finder tool is

available from the

bottom bar menu.

A secondary acccess is

also possible from the

burger menu.

You can search for your

favorite agency by filling

in the search field or

directly select the

agency in your list of

favorite locations.

Country solution

provides an access to

a global list and all

agencies matching

with the selected

location.

information you are loo-

king for.

The news section is

accessible through the burger

menu. Click on the burger

icon at the top left hand side

of your screen to expand the

menu.

Click on « News » to

check the latest news.

The News feature

displays the lastest news

published on the website

through a RSS feed.

Filter the news by

selecting the categories

you are interested in, in

the top horizontal list.

Tips: Swipe on the

horizontal list to view all

topics.

Search for the topic of

your choice and read the

full article by clicking on

the selected item. This

action will open a

window in your internet

browser.

SETTINGS / LANGUAGE SELECTION

Settings are accessible

from the burger menu

at anytime. Click on

the burger menu icon

to access the options.

●●◦◦

Once the menu is

deployed, click on

« Settings ».

●●●◦

The Settings menu gives

you access to three sec-

tions:

- Language selection

- Legal terms

- Privacy Policy .

It also allows you to

select your language

preferences.

Select the language you

want to use the

application in. The

selected radio button

indicates which language

is currently used.

Once selected, click on the

OK button to validate your

choice.
