After Finishing Rig Pass & Safe Start Couse First hitch (4 Weeks) I worked as Roust about on WDI Rig 812 in Sindh Pakistan. Getting knowledge about different kinds of Drill Pipe, Drill Collar, Casing, Different kind of Drilling equipment like BOP, Koomey Accumulator Unit, Mud Pumps, Generators, VFD House, Poor Boy Degasser & Mud Cleaning Equipment etc. I observed Rig Up & Down Process and also Rig Move from one location to another
During my second hitch worked as a Floor man on WDI Rig 812, working as floor man I physically worked on rig floor, got knowledge about Iron Roughneck operation, how TDS works, run in & pull out of drill string, casing job & cementing job as well. Slip & Cut process for drill string
Working as Derrick man I got knowledge about different drilling operations, making of drilling fluid, mud pump operation and also maintenance of the Mud Pump, changing seat & valve at discharge end of the pump
During my next hitch worked with Assistant Driller to see different drilling operations, rig down, dismantling of the rig, rig move & rig up process
Worked with Mechanics & Electricians to get knowledge about different mechanical & electrical equipment at rig
