Job responsibilities. Fire alarm system (2.1year)
Designing (on FD drawings),Installation , termination ,of complete EST3 fire alarm system
along with its interfacing with other system like mechanical firefighting system , smoke,
management fans ,AHU’s, water mist alarm ,FM200 , jet fans , AHUs dampers, Precision unit ,
generators, door holders, etc. Testing and commissioning of est3 fire alarm system Trouble shooting of the complete fire alarm system. Confirmation of Sequence of operation (SOP)ie cause and effect with consultant. Complete programming and configuring of Fire alarm system. Prepare periodic progress reports on the status of project. Co-ordination with the MEP Team to rectify identified discrepancies. Provide technical and engineering support to the field, related to design, equipment’s/devices,
such as drawings and other engineering information. Supervision of installation and commissioning of the field instruments. Keeps management informed of job progress and issues.
Participates in operations meeting with project field team.
Adheres to safety standards. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor
safety.
Assists in the coordination and creation of necessary drawings and equipment
schedules for submittals and installation.
Selects, orders, and tracks the delivery of materials for assigned projects.
Provide field change information to the project team for the creation of as built
drawings.
Perform system trouble shooting /fault findings and repair etc.
Coordinating with the Consultant for work approval/handing over.
Attending Consultant's material & work inspections.
Give full assistance to the project manager in all activities required to be delivered in
the site on timely manner and required quality/quantity.
Define the project material, man powers and equipment needed to finish the work

Performing paper work of the projects in collaboration with QC engineer in the

Study drawing to provide technical clearance to foremen in coordination with
consultant & project manager.
Supervise project staff & make sure that all of them executing work in accordance

Finding out and order material required in the projects.
Arranging and ordering equipment used for the progress of works.
Following with storekeeper for checking the availability at suitable time of materials
