Customer Service Senior Specialist:
• Customer Accounts Operations
- Rent safe deposit boxes.
- Pass entries for internal transfers.
- Receive cheques for collection & send it for Centralized Collection Department after
endorsement & copying, follow up cheques under collection in addition to delivering
returned cheques for customers.
- Handle monthly reconciliation for returned cheques.
- Internal and External Clearing cheques for Credit Current Accounts.
- Issue demand drafts (cashier or signed cheques).
- Daily follow up & reconcile for these two General Ledger (signed & cashier).
- Buy & sell securities.
- Handle all currencies exchange including cross currencies exchange.
- Prepare the US dollars priority management report.
- Electronic payment for Customs.
- Inheritance Distribution.
• Foreign Operations
- Receive transfers and Letter of Credits from customers; check the related applications
and the sufficiency and correctness of all other documents in accordance to the Bank
policies as well as the rules and regulations of CBE, in order to forward the transfers
and/or Letters of Credit to the centralized operations to proceed with it.

- Record and review of transfers and Letters of Credit in order to avoid any duplication.
- Daily follow up to all the already performed transfers and Letters of Credit by delivery
the SWIFTs to the customers.
- Follow up to any amendment occur to an already performed Letters of Credit.
- Problem solving for any non-transferred SWIFT.
- Receive documents for export and check it before sending to centralized operation.
- Handle all forms “4” for all LCI and DI. Follow up the forms in accordance to the
Bank policies as well as the rules and regulations of CBE.
• Customer Accounts Officer
- Complete a “Know Your Customer” procedure at every opportunity to ensure
identification of the customers’ complete needs.
- Analyze customer portfolio.
- Maximize wealth; expand existing customer relationships.
- Provide financial information to customers.
- Cross-Sell bank and broker dealer products.
- Problem solving by providing expert support and advice to customers, non-customers
and colleagues, responding to referrals and introductions.
• Customer Service
- Opens accounts, explains and processes investments.
- Interview customers to obtain information and explain available financial services,
such as savings and checking accounts, Certificates of Deposit, savings bonds, and
securities.
- Answer customer queries and correct errors.
- Teller as a replacement.

Project Accountant: • Work closely with Project Manager in preparing monthly progress invoices to
Owner/Consultant for work performed during the month.
• Prepare Sub Request for Payment forms for all Subcontractors for work performed which
will include joint cheques to numerous Suppliers. Ensure all required paperwork such as
Signed Subcontract and Insurance is in place and up to date.

• Maintain accurate and timely Cash Flow data, both current and forecasted as compared to
projected Cash Flow Model.
• Manage all project accounting data bases to ensure timely upkeep, security and control.
• Provide direct financial communication with all required parties including Owner,
Subcontractors, internal Financing department and project team.
• Assume other special activities and responsibilities under the direction of the Construction
Manager / Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate Bank reconciliation for Banks who deal the Project deal.
