Liver Surgery Planning Through Virtual Reality (LSPTVR)

It's to help Doctors to prepare for Liver operations, make training before doing operations, detect

the Cancer in Liver and which part will extract and control this by Virtual reality part.

First part (Visualization):

In this Doctors select the Location of Computed tomography (CT) Image to our Program Then

Begin to make segmentation for this CT to get Liver form it, make enhancement for output

image, finally

Make 3D Model for segmented CT.

Second part (OpiTrack System):

After 3D Model is built Doctors will see the Model not in Computer Screen but they wear

head- Mounted Display (HMD). By our program we detect the Motion of Doctor's head and

affect by it on the Model and allow to User to use some tools like scissor or blade to make

affection in 3D Model.
