Birikim Mühendislik ve Endüstriyel Yüklenim Ltd. Şti. çimento, madencilik ve enerji sektörleri ağırlıklı olarak anahtar teslimi endüstriyel tesis hizmeti vermek üzere 2003 yılında kurulmuştur.

Birikim, genç bir firma olmakla beraber sektörde 35 yılı aşkın bir deneyimden güç almaktadır. Kazan ilçesinde toplam 5000 metre kare üzerinde kapalı alanda mekanik ve çelik imalat yapabilen altyapı yine firma bünyesindeki tam zamanlı bir mühendislik grubu ile birleşince firma komple tesis projelerine talip olabilir duruma evrilmiştir.

Aylık 500 ton çelik işleme kapasitesi teknik ekip tarafından eğitilmiş alt yüklenicilerle birlikte 800 tona ulaşmaktadır.

Başta konveyör ve depolama olmak üzere öncelikle taneli malzeme işleyen endüstriyel tesisler ana ilgi alanımızı oluşturmaktadır. Anahtar teslimi bu tür tesislerin yapımı dışında 12 yıldır başta Metso Minerals olmak üzere bir çok yabancı firmanın imalatlarının inspektörlerin denetim ve eğitimi altında yapılagelmesi firmanın imalat yetenek ve kalitesini oldukça yükseltmiştir.

Madencilik sektöründe kırma-eleme ve flotasyon tesisleri ağırlıklı projeler yanında özellikle altın madenlerinde overland konveyörler ve mobil taşıma yayma ekipmanlarında oluşan bilgi birikimi ve referanslar yabancı firmalara olan bağlılığı ciddi oranda ortadan

kaldırmış ve güvenilir bir alternatif oluşturabilmiştir.

Keza cam ve seramik sektörleri ağırlıklı bir çok anahtar teslimi harman tesisi projeleri hayata geçirilmiştir.

Müşteri ve proje bazlı kalite planlarına dayalı üretim prosesimiz, 2009 yılı sonu itibarıyla ISO9001 kalite güvence belgesine layık görülmüştür. Ayrıca kaynaklı imalata yönelik EN 3834-2 ve çelik konstrüksiyonda tasarım ve imalatı kapsayan EN 1090 sertifikalarına sahip bulunmaktayız. Çeşitli ekipmanlara yönelik CE belgeleri verebilmekteyiz.

Amacımız, bu etkinliklerin nitel ve nicel olarak ve değişik sektörlerde geliştirilerek sürdürülmesi ve dünyanın her köşesinde bize güvenen iş ortaklarımızın sayıca arttırılmasıdır.

Birikim Mühendislik ve Endüstriyel Yüklenim Ltd. Şti. was established in the year 2003 for turn-key industrial contracting services mainly in the field of cement, mining and energy sectors.

Birikim is a young company based upon personal experience of more than 35 years in the above mentioned sectors.

Within the past 13 years, Birikim has been evolved to a company performing complete industrial plant projects from basic design to commissionning by support of its own engineering group and fabrication facilities of 5000 m2 in total in Kazan District of Ankara.

500 t/month structural steel fabrication capacity may be extended to 800 tons/month by support of subcontractors who were trained by Birikim’ s technical teams.

Our main business subject is turn-key delivery of granulated bulk material handling facilities, mainly conveyors and storage facilities.

For over 12 years, working under the control of inspectors of various European and American customers, Metso Minerals being prime customer, our fabrication skills and quality reached to an internationally compatible level.

Besides crushing screening and flotation plant projects in mines, konwledge and references gathered in the company about overland conveyors and mobile conveying & stacking equipment caused decrease in dependency to the foreign suppliers and created a seriously dependable source in Turkey.

In addition to the works in mining industry, Birikim completed various turn-key projects in glass and ceramic industries, too.

Customer and project oriented quality plans and well defined manufacturing processes lead us to be awarded with ISO9001 Quality Assurance Certificate by the end of the year 2009. We have been awarded with EN 3834-2 for welding works and EN 1090 for steel structure design and fabrication. We can also certify bulk handling equipment with CE stamp.

Our aim is to keep going in our activities qualitatively and quantitatively in a developing progress, and to increase the number of our associates who trust us all around the world and in more industrial sectors.

Tests, measurements and frequencies of inspections are recorded according to ITP’s(Inspection Test Plan) which are prepared according to Costumer specifications. Quality Files which include these records are prepared and submitted to the customer at the end of project.

Müşterilerimizin talepleri doğrultusunda KTP (Kontrol Test Planı) hazırlayarak, imalatların test aşamalarını ve ölçüm sıklıkları kayıt altına alınmaktadır. Alınan bu kayıtlar Kalite Dosyalarında toplanarak iş sonunda müşteriye teslim edilmektedir.

Hazırlanan bu KTP’lerde genellikle müşteri şartnamelerine göre değişiklik göstermekle birlikte Malzeme ve Sarf Malzeme Sertifikaları, WPS, PQR, Kaynakçı Sertifikaları, İmalatların değişik proseslerdeki ölçümleri ve sıklığı, Yüzey Hazırlama Dereceleri, Boya ve Hava şartlarının ölçümleri ve sıklığı vb. yer almaktadır.
