Modular D&D 5e Character Sheet D&D 5e is © 2014 Last Update 2015-05-19 The most recent version of this is always available from my Downloads page , as are all of my downloadable game aids. My standard D&D 5e character sheet has the skills listed on the back page, leaving a convenient space on the front for various character notes – things like resistances, reminders of frequently- referenced class features (like the temporary HP fiend warlocks get from KOing enemies), and anything else you might need to keep at your fingertips. This version moves the skills to the space formerly taken by the Character Notes box, freeing up the back of the page for one of the options beginning on page 3. Page 3 is blank except for the usual faint guide lines. Useful if none of the other back pages are applicable. Pages 4-6 are inventory sheets. The first one (p 4) separates the contents of your backpack and belt pouch(es) from everything else. Page 5 is one long list for players who make thorough notes about their equipment, or just have particularly large handwriting. Page 6 has a slightly narrower version of page 5, but in two landscape columns rather than one portrait one, giving you room for lots of different items. Also useful for tracking a party's inventory. Pages 7-9 are grimoires for various spell-casting classes. The second one (p 8) is specifically for warlocks since their spell slots don't work like those of other classes. The last one (p 9) is for players using the optional Spell Points system from the DMG (p 287), since they don't have spell slots at all. The first one (p 7) is for everyone else. Page 10 is for druids to list their various beast forms. If your character needs multiple back pages (one for inventory and one for spells, for instance), I recommend my stand-alone versions that include a line for the player's, character's, and GM/campaign's name, just in case they get mixed in with another character's sheets. Because the available print area varies from printer to printer, I extended the grimoires all the way to the right margins so that they will print as far as your printer will let them, even on a full bleed photo printer. The guide lines on other pages are bled for the same reason. DESCRIPTION

I have designed several new variations of my character sheet, and decided to combine them all into a single document rather than uploading a half dozen that all have the same first page.It has the front page from my Mage/Single-Page sheet, and eight different backs: one is blank but lined, three are inventories, and three are grimoires, one generic, and one each for warlocks and players using the optional Spell Points rules from the DMG. The last is for druid beast forms. Details are given on page 1.As always, I designed it with three major goals in mind:* Earth- and wallet-friendliness. In other words: cheap to print.* Only force the positioning of things that will be the present on every character or are tedious to hand-write every time: stat blocks; name, race, age, etc.; skills; and so forth.* User-customizable depending player taste and character class. This includes having the lowest item on the front of the page be the column headings of the weapons table. That way it as long as needed, no more or less, yet still details out the math for new players and for ease of making changes as needed (leveling, magic items, etc.).It may not be obvious, but I intended for the right margin of the first page to be used to track gained experience to keep the current experience spot from being erased into a hole. Naturally, you are free to do as you please since that is the whole point of the sheet.

The most recent version of this is always available from my Downloads page, as are all of my downloadable game aids.

My standard D&D 5e character sheet has the skills listed on the back page, leaving a convenient space on the front for various character notes things like resistances, reminders of frequently-referenced class features (like the temporary HP fiend warlocks get from KOing enemies), and anything else you might need to keep at your fingertips.

This version moves the skills to the space formerly taken by the Character Notes box, freeing up theback of the page for one of the options beginning on page 3.

Page 6 has a slightly narrowerversion of page 5, but in two landscape columns rather than one portrait one, giving you room for lots of different items.

If your character needs multiple back pages (one for inventory and one for spells, for instance), I

recommend my stand-alone versions that include a line for the player's, character's, and GM/campaign's name, just in case they get mixed in with another character's sheets.

Because the available print area varies from printer to printer, I extended the grimoires all the way to the right margins so that they will print as far as your printer will let them, even on a full bleed photo printer. The guide lines on other pages are bled for the same reason.
