Under the Sport England Inspired Facilities Programme, a new changing facility for Shillingstone Recreation Ground, Dorset, was provided to enhance the existing sports of:
Ÿ Netball
Ÿ Lawn Tennis
Ÿ Cricket
Ÿ Association Football
The project was awarded an Inspired Facilities grant to increase its provision of changing room facilities to supplement the existing ageing changing facilities on the site, with a view to increasing local participation and frequency of use.
The project was delivered via competitive tender to the Sport England Modular Framework Contractors, and let on a JCT Minor Works contract with Contractor's Design.
