INGENIOUSLY SIMPLE, SIMPLY INGENIOUS. The Pro-Tent MODUL 4000 is based on the patented omega profile with system grooves that serve as the central idea of the system: Windproof and rainproof side walls are drawn directly into the grooves, the cross-connector is fixed in the grooves with eccentric turnbuckles. Other fitting elements, such as end strips, curtain glide rails, side tables or power rails, are also very simply anchored in the grooves.

Unique: Additional supporting legs can be used to create separate rooms and inside cabins.

FOR ALL THOSE WHO EXPECT EVEN MORE. Premium quality in every detail, unique equipment options, endless possibilities for individual configurations – Pro-Tent MODUL 4000 is an intelligent folding tent system that fulfils the highest of requirements and can be tailored to your particular needs. Only tool needed: a wrench for the eccentric turnbuckles used to fasten the cross-connectors and various fitting elements.

1. PATENTED: PADDED TRANSPORT BAG WITH LARGE ROLLERS A well thought-out equipment detail for maximum comfort.

2. TELESCOPIC SPRING Ensures a perfectly tensioned fabric roof while absorb-ing the force of strong gusts of wind, thus reducing the load on the folding frame.

3. PATENTED: ROOF SECTIONS CONNECTED INTERNALLY Only in Pro-Tent are the roof sections not drilled, but connec ted internally. This eliminates a potential weak- ness and the roof construction appears much more elegant without any visible screws.

4. PLASTIC CORNER CONNECTOR Made of high-tech synthetic material, strength and weight ideally balanced for supporting the overall tent structure - for guaranteed ultimate tent performance.

5. ADDITIONAL SUPPORTING LEGS (OPTIONAL) For individual tent configuration, additional supporting legs can be attached at each connecting node.

6. CROSS-CONNECTORS For half-height side walls or for designing separate rooms and inside cabins.

7. END STRIPS (OPTIONAL) End strips are fixed in the system grooves of the sup-porting legs with eccentric turnbuckles. They allow the side walls to be stretched taut and provide the folding tent with even greater stability.

8. TENT ROOF MADE FROM TEAR-RESISTANT POLYESTER FABRIC 100% waterproof, UV-stabilised, insulated against heat and cold, flame retardant (B1).

9. SIDE WALLS (IN A VARIETY OF MODELS) With a piping seam that fits directly into a profile slot system. A zip fastener eases manual insertion of the piping seam (not suitable for opening side walls – see assembly video).

UNIQUE IN THE WORLD. With additional supporting legs and cross-connectors, custom cabin solutions and interior configurations can be developed on the basis of a modular 1.5-metre grid in a few simple steps. The modular system allows virtually any design variant – for every application and any occasion. At the same time, the Pro-Tent MODUL 4000 can be added to, expanded, modified and varied at any time.

Unique for a folding tent is also the optional installation of solid wall panels made from different materials such as acrylic or Forex that can be inserted in the system grooves of the supporting legs and cross-connectors.

RUSTPROOF SPECIAL ALUMINIUM ALLOYTelescopic supporting legs, roof sections and cross-connectors of the Pro-Tent folding tents made from special aluminium alloy EN 6005 T66. Extremely lightweight, with particularly high strength, scratch-resistant and rustproof. All tent frames have a 5-year guarantee as indicated in the Pro-Tent guarantee provisions.

QUALITY WITH SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Part of the production of our tent systems is carried out in the BSZ Stiftung, a Swiss manufacturing facility for the handicapped. The BSZ (certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001) produces the mechanical component parts and handles the assembly, final inspection and packaging.

WATERPROOF FABRIC ROOFS AND WALLS In Pro-Tent’s own sewing facility, the roofs and side walls are manufactured from tear-resistant polyester fabric.· UV-stabilised, dimensionally stable in wet conditions· Surface with Lotus effect – water simply rolls off· All seams are extra bonded and 100% waterproof· The materials correspond to the requirements of flame resistant building materials of building material class B1 – at no extra charge

EXTREMELY ROBUST CONNECTORS AND JOINTS In the manufacture of the corner connectors and joint connections, Pro-Tent relies on extremely resistant high-tech plastics in glass fibre-reinforced copolymers as used in aircraft construction.
