weekly checks
• If the panel door hasdropped and you needto realign the panel doorposition, turn the screw(fig.2) to the desired positionuntil the door sits flush intothe panel.
• If the panel door hasbecome tight and difficultto open/close adjust the ballcatch accordingly (see fig.3).
• If panel door has becomeloose tighten screw on hinge(see fig.4)

The Modric washroom panels were designed with the end user in mind, making refilling an cleaning easy.
• When refilling thepapertowel dispenser, fillfrom the top (fig.5)
• Remove dust, fluff and anyother build up of foreignmatter from the inlet andoutlet grille areas (fig.6)
• When emptying the bin,remove the bin receptacle bylifting from the panel casingand dispose as necessary.

Hand dryers
The hand dryer MUST be isolated from the power supply during installation or maintenance.
• When cleaning thestainless steel hand dryerfascia, check for dirt andgrease and wipe clean asdirected in the ‘Care offinishes’ section (page 13).
• Remove dust, fluff and anyother build up of foreignmatter from the inlet andoutlet grille areas (fig.7)
• Clean and check the sensorarea is clear of obstruction,removing any obstructingmatter if required.
• If there is movement inthe hand dryer unit on thewall check that the fixingsare tight. If the hand dryerbecomes loose, please tightenthe relevant fixings (fig.8).
• If after completion of theabove checks the Modricsurface mounted hand dryeris not working satisfactory,please contact Allgoodon 020 7387 9951

Paper towel dispenser and Waste bin
• When cleaning thestainless steel paper toweldispenser and bin fascia,check for dirt and greaseand wipe clean as directed inthe ‘Care of finishes’ section(page 13).
• When refilling the papertowel dispenser, pull frontfascia forward (fig.10) and fillfrom the top (fig.11).
• When emptying the bin,remove the bin receptacle bylifting from the panel casingand dispose as necessary(fig.12).
• If the bin has becomeloose check that the fixingsare tight and that there is nomovement on the bin. If theitems are loose, please tightenthe relevant fixings (fig.9).

• When cleaning thestainless steel toilet rollholder, check for dirt andgrease and wipe clean asdirected in the ‘Care offinishes’ section (page 13).
• If the toilet roll holder hasbecome loose check thatthe fixings are tight and thatthere is no movement on thebracket or fixings to the wall.If the items are loose, pleasetighten the relevant fixings(fig.13).
• To access the fixings ofthe single and double toiletroll holder, remove holderby unscrewing the end cap(fig.14) and slide holder out ofthe bracket. Then tighten thefixings as necessary (fig.15).

Soap dispenser
• When cleaning thestainless steel soapdispenser check for dirtand grease and wipe cleanas directed in the ‘Care offinishes’ section (page 13).
• To refill the soap dispenser,remove the sleeve by insertingthe Modric key supplied(fig.20) turning anti-clockwiseand lifting the sleeve off(fig.21 ). Remove the plasticcap (fig.22) and pour soapinto the dispenser.
